Data is stored on secure, access-controlled infrastructure. OAuth tokens are stored in encrypted configuration files with restricted file system permissions. Access to financial data is limited to authorized personnel within Red Letter Investment Group.

We retain financial transaction data for as long as the QuickBooks Online connection is active. Upon disconnection, stored tokens are revoked and transaction data is deleted within 30 days.

This Application uses the Intuit QuickBooks Online API. Your use of QuickBooks Online is governed by Intuit's own terms of service and privacy policy. We access your QuickBooks Online data only with your explicit authorization through Intuit's OAuth 2.0 authorization flow.
